Description
The ATX-Q870A is AAEON’s first industrial ATX motherboard to host Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors (formerly Arrow Lake-S) on the LGA 1851 socket, supporting up to 125W CPUs with up to 24 cores and 24 threads, plus up to 36 TOPS of AI performance via the integrated CPU, GPU and Intel AI Boost NPU. It supports up to 256 GB of dual-channel DDR5 6400 MHz memory, positioning it as a foundation for compute-intensive applications such as industrial automation systems, high-performance workstations and IoT gateways.
Expansion is a highlight: two PCIe Gen 5 x16 slots and five PCIe Gen 4 slots support simultaneous high-spec GPUs, AI accelerators, NVMe storage and task-specific cards, while four M.2 slots (two M-Key, one E-Key, one B-Key) add NVMe, Wi-Fi 6 and 4G/5G, alongside four SATA ports with RAID 0/1/5/10. Rear I/O includes three 2.5GbE RJ-45 LAN ports, six USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a COM port and four display outputs (two HDMI 2.1, one DP 1.4a at 4K 60Hz, and a VGA port for legacy HMIs). Internal connectors add three more USB 3.2, five RS-232 headers and an 8-bit GPIO. Windows 11 and Linux are supported.
