Overview
The BOXER-6641 is a high-performance fanless industrial box PC designed to deliver exceptional flexibility, reliability and long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.
Available with Intel® H310 (BOXER-6641-A1/A5) and Intel® C246 (BOXER-6641-A2/A6) chipsets, the system supports a wide range of 8th and 9th Generation Intel® Core™ and Xeon® processors, from Celeron® and Pentium® options up to Xeon® E-series processors with TDPs of up to 71W.
The platform supports up to 64GB of DDR4 2666MHz ECC or non-ECC memory and offers flexible storage options with support for up to two 2.5” SATA drives, making it one of the most powerful fanless embedded systems available for industrial deployments.
The BOXER-6641 is fully compatible with Windows® 10 and Windows® 11, supporting long-lifecycle and future-ready system designs.
Designed for seamless integration into industrial applications, the BOXER-6641 offers extensive I/O and connectivity, including six BIOS-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, up to eight USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and four Intel® Gigabit Ethernet ports (i211 ×3, i219 ×1). Selected models also support Intel® vPro and Active Management Technology (AMT), enabling advanced remote management capabilities.
Expansion flexibility is provided via two full-size Mini PCIe slots, enabling the integration of additional networking, storage or AI acceleration modules such as AAEON’s AI Core X with Intel® Movidius® Myriad™ X VPU.
Built for harsh environments, the BOXER-6641 features a rugged fanless, all-metal chassis, a wide DC input range of 10–35V, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 55°C (-20°C to 45°C with 71W processors). The system is designed for easy maintenance, with tool-efficient access to the CPU, memory and storage components.
