Industrial-Grade Enclosure for Harsh Industrial Environments
The UP Xtreme ARL Edge’s industrial-grade enclosure offers fanless operation across temperatures as wide as -20°C to 60°C, is compatible across the full range of industrial power standards with a 9V to 36V DC power input range, and is built to withstand the shock, vibration, and noise of industrial robots, AGVs/AMRs, and heavy machinery. Moreover, its lockable power connector and selection of mounting options enhance its reliability, versatility, and scalability without the need for additional protective components.
An I/O for Both Modern & Legacy Device Support
The UP Xtreme ARL contains all the interfaces needed for AI-driven task execution, with dual Intel® powered LAN ports for high-bandwidth networking to multiple COM ports offering RS-232/422/485 for sensor, controller, and PLC data exchange. Expanding this versatility even further is the classic UP 40-pin GPIO, which provides a direct multi-signal bridge for real-time control for robotics, factory automation, AMRs, and conveyor belts – eliminating the need for external I/O modules.
Integrated CPU, GPU, & NPU for Complex AI Workloads
The UP Xtreme ARL’s Intel® Core Ultra 200H Series combines power-optimized processing architecture with an Intel® Arc™ 140T discrete GPU and Intel® AI Boost NPU to harness up to 97 TOPs of AI performance. With native support for a variety of AI software frameworks alongside Windows®, Ubuntu, and Yocto OS compatibility, trained models can be immediately run directly on the system’s NPU without custom hardware or standardization on a single OS, broadening deployment potential.
