EPIC-BT07

Overview

The EPIC-BT07 caters to the needs of the market through six COM ports, an interface still popular among most industrial users. Other expansion interfaces include the PC/104 bus that allows expansions to be stacked atop on the mainboard, reducing the lateral area needed. The board is also capable of dual display through two of the three display interface available: LVDS, CRT, and HDMI.

Overview

The GENE-5315 Rev. A Subcompact board balance performance and cost in the embedded market. GENE-5315 Rev. A adopts optional onboard AMD Geode™ LX 800 and LX 700. The system memory is deployed with SODIMM DDR 333/400 up to 1GB. In addition, Realtek RTL8139DL supports two 10/100Base-TX allowing network connections. This model applies a Type III Mini PCI socket and PC/104 socket for expansion. Moreover, four USB 2.0, IDE, RS-232, RS-232/422/485 and parallel ports are configured on the GENE-5315 Rev. A. Full functions make GENE-5315 Rev. A user friendly. With the GENE-5315 Rev. A, there are no more worries about installing many necessary devices to complete the functions of your system.

GENE-BT05

Overview

GENE-BT05 adopts Intel® Celeron® N2930/N2807 Processor. The system memory is deployed with 204-pin SODIMM DDR3L 1066/1333 up to 8 GB. In addition, Intel® I211 supports two 10/100/1000Base-TX that allows a faster network connections.

The display of GENE-BT05 supports CRT/LCD, HDMI/ LCD simultaneous and dual view displays. This model applies two Mini Card and LPC bus for flexible expansions. Moreover, one SATA 3.0Gb/s, one CFastTM, and optional Half-size mSATA provide ample storage. Three USB2.0, one USB3.0, four COM Ports (two RS-232, two RS-232/422/485) and 8-bit digital I/O are configured on the GENE-BT05 as well. Full functions make GENE-BT05 a flexible and user friendly solution. This brand new SubCompact board is developed to cater to the requirements of Automation, Medical, ticket machine, transportation, gaming, KIOSK, and POS/POI applications.

GENE-BT05

Overview

GENE-BT05 adopts Intel® Celeron® N2930/N2807 Processor. The system memory is deployed with 204-pin SODIMM DDR3L 1066/1333 up to 8 GB. In addition, Intel® I211 supports two 10/100/1000Base-TX that allows a faster network connection.

The display of GENE-BT05 supports CRT/LCD, HDMI/ LCD simultaneous and dual view displays. This model applies two Mini Card and LPC bus for flexible expansions. Moreover, one SATA 3.0Gb/s, one CFastTM, and optional Half-size mSATA provide ample storage. Three USB2.0, one USB3.0, four COM Ports (two RS-232, two RS-232/422/485) and 8-bit digital I/O are configured on the GENE-BT05 as well. Full functions make GENE-BT05 a flexible and user-friendly solution. This brand new SubCompact board is developed to cater to the requirements of Automation, Medical, ticket machine, transportation, gaming, KIOSK, and POS/POI applications.

GENE-BT06

Overview

Building on one of the most popular form factors in today’s computing landscape, the 3.5” GENE-BT06 has everything any in-vehicle solutions has to offer: Soldered connections rather than wired one for sturdiness in high shock/ vibration settings; Wide operable voltages in observation of fluctuating voltages in vehicles; Compactness for easy installation; and different SKUs for users demanding different performance levels.

The CPU is now located at the solder side of the board and is accompanied by a heat spreader. Compared with the use of a heat sink in previous models, this change reduces vertical space needed while still retaining effective heat dissipation, making it more conducive for usage in confined spaces. The CPU, along with other components such as RAMs, is soldered onto the board for a sturdier connection when used in high shock/ high vibration environments.

Observing conditions, such as fluctuating voltages, in vehicles, the board can be powered by a DC voltage with a range of 9 ~ 24V, in addition to the standard input of 12V.A version supporting extended temperature ranges will be forthcoming in the near future.

SKUs featuring dual-core (E3825, N2807) and quad-core (E3845, J1900) CPUs are designed for users demanding various levels of performance. Furthermore, dual display is also provided with the board’s VGA, LVDS, and HDMI interface, while the media being played can be stored using any mSATA device, supported by one of the two PCIe slots.

The GENE-BT06 was born out of the needs of this ongoing market trend. The need for infotainment in vehicles is on the rise and the GENE-BT06 is the ideal solution to support this growing trend.

Overview

Building on one of the most popular form factors in today’s computing landscape, the 3.5” GENE-BT06 has everything any in-vehicle solutions has to offer: Soldered connections rather than wired one for sturdiness in high shock/ vibration settings; Wide operable voltages in observation of fluctuating voltages in vehicles; Compactness for easy installation; and different SKUs for users demanding different performance levels.

The CPU is now located at the solder side of the board and is accompanied by a heat spreader. Compared with the use of a heat sink in previous models, this change reduces vertical space needed while still retaining effective heat dissipation, making it more conducive for usage in confined spaces. The CPU, along with other components such as RAMs, is soldered onto the board for a sturdier connection when used in high shock/ high vibration environments.

Observing conditions, such as fluctuating voltages, in vehicles, the board can be powered by a DC voltage with a range of 9 ~ 24V, in addition to the standard input of 12V.A version supporting extended temperature ranges will be forthcoming in the near future.

SKUs featuring dual-core (E3825, N2807) and quad-core (E3845, J1900) CPUs are designed for users demanding various levels of performance. Furthermore, dual display is also provided with the board’s VGA, LVDS, and HDMI interface, while the media being played can be stored using any mSATA device, supported by one of the two PCIe slots.

The GENE-BT06 was born out of the needs of this ongoing market trend. The need for infotainment in vehicles is on the rise and the GENE-BT06 is the ideal solution to support this growing trend.

Overview

Compactly designed for low-power, high-efficiency consumption in confined environments, the GENE-SKU6 boasts a unique layout with the CPU(i7-6600U) located on the solder side of the board, which is consolidated by a heat spreader that facilitates quiet, fanless heat dissipation and vertical space reduction. The GENE-SKU6 offers multiple expansion platforms, such as MiniCards, mSATA and AAEON’s unique BIO interface, which provides for speedy, dynamic customization and fast turnaround time, making it ideally suited for most industrial or embedded computing applications. PoE (Power over Ethernet) support is also available for optional expansion. This feature provides connection to devices, such as wireless access points or an IP camera, and minimizes the fuss of traditional deployments with long power lines or limitations caused by a shortage of power outlets.

The GENE-SKU6 offers a highly flexible and dynamic BIO (board-to-board I/O) which can connect a Daughter Board for additional I/O port expansion, allowing users to implement their desired features without investing inordinate amounts of time and money in R&D. As an Intel® Core™ i solution, it can be used in consolidating surveillance systems, data analysis and other forms of smart industrial factory controls, and is ideally suited for smaller spaces, as it stands at 3.5 inches, the same size as a hard disk drive, which will really drive down manufacturing and other production costs.

Overview

AAEON’s HSB-800I is designed to target the industrial control and automation market. HSB-800I is based on the AMD LX800 processor, which features low power consumption and faster heat spreading to ensure product performance. HSB-800I supports onboard DDR400 system memory up to 128MB with an AMDLX800 +CS5536 chipset. For the display function, the VGA controller is integrated to the AMD LX 800 processor that supports CRT and LVDS simultaneous display. Moreover, the HSB-800I supports LVDS/TTL LCD up to 24-bit with a 2D/3D graphics accelerator integrated to enhance graphic performance.

AAEON has a series half-size SBCs, from the high-end to a more economic level. Although the HSB-800I is considered an economic version, it offers the ideal balance of price and performance. Customers can utilize the HSB-800I to reduce the cost of system integration and planning. HSB-800I features 4 COM ports, 4 USB2.0 ports, one standard floppy disk drive port, 1 Keyboard/mouse connector . Overview

The IMBA-Q170A supports RAID 0/1/5/10, enabling higher storage volumes and facilitating faster data transferability and transmission, allowing the user to enjoy smoother overall performance whilst eliminating bottlenecks.

A Temperature Monitor is available on the CPU/Chassis, along with a Fan Monitor and a Voltage Monitor, supporting an output of Vcore/5V/3.3V/12V. Powered with an Intel® HD Graphics chipset, support for VGA output is provided at 60Hz/1920 x 1200. The IMBA-Q170A provides 3 independent displays. As such, the board is naturally ideal for uses in digital signage.

Overview

The IMBM-H110A, is a sophisticated multi-tasking mainboard that boasts a flexible and dynamic design for industrial control, especially for ATM machines and kiosks. With an expansive connectivity range of 10 USB slots, and the ability to operate at temperatures from 0~60° C (32°F ~ 140°F), the IMBM-H110A is equipped to operate at maximum efficiency under normal environmental conditions, and can easily be tailored to meet the customer’s requirements.
